Do More, Talk Less

This is the first day of a new week, and the Chinese Spring Festival is coming soon. When I look back on last week, I realize I didn’t do as much as I had hoped. Still, reflecting honestly is part of moving forward.

Taking the First Step into My SaaS Journey

Although progress felt slow, I did take my first real step into SaaS. I subscribed to Codex and started building my first website—a Temp Mail service. It may be small, but it matters. Starting is always the hardest part, and at least now I’m moving.

AI Is Getting Stronger, and So Are the Uncertainties

As AI becomes more powerful, many tasks are becoming easier. At the same time, worries about the future are growing. AI can already handle many kinds of work, and some people believe it may eventually replace software developers.

Honestly, I don’t know what the world will look like in five years with AI developing so quickly. If the demand for software developers decreases, I’m not sure what path I should take. The speed of change is both exciting and unsettling.

Thinking About Career Paths Beyond Coding

Things are changing incredibly fast. If you look back just five years ago, it would have been hard to imagine where we are today. I hope I can eventually make money through my SaaS website, but if that doesn’t work out, I often ask myself: what else can I do?

Investment is another possible path, but it feels unfamiliar to me because I don’t have much knowledge in that area yet. Still, I believe finance is something AI can’t completely replace. Money exists everywhere in the world—you can use it to grow wealth, but you can also lose it if you don’t understand it well.

In the end, all we can do is adapt to this fast-moving era. Do more, talk less.

A Short Trip and a Long History Lesson at Sanxingdui

Last Sunday, one of my friends came back to his hometown from Lhasa, and I visited his city. We enjoyed some amazing local food and went to the Sanxingdui Museum, which was incredible.

Seeing artifacts created around 3,000 to 6,000 years ago was truly mind-blowing. It reminded me how small individual worries can feel when compared to the scale of human history.

Better Sleep, Better Energy

I also tried going to bed earlier last Sunday and noticed something interesting. Even with the same number of sleeping hours, I had much more energy when I woke up at 6:00 a.m.

Sleeping earlier—not just sleeping longer—made a real difference. It’s a simple habit, but it has a big impact.

Staying Focused During the Spring Festival

Although the Chinese Spring Festival is coming and I have many things to handle, I hope I can stay focused on my SaaS website and continue making steady progress.

Small steps, taken consistently, still move you forward.
